Car crashes into electricity pole in Drake Avenue, Didcot

A CAR crashed into an electricity pole and brought cables down to the ground in the early hours of this morning.

The vehicle snapped the pole in the collision, which happened at approximately 1.30am on Drake Avenue, Didcot.

Two fire engines attended the incident, along with Thames Valley Police, South Central Ambulance Service and Scottish and Southern Electricity.

Nobody was trapped in the car, and no other vehicles or people were involved,...
