Father hauled into court after alerting benefits chiefs HIMSELF about being overpaid

Sean McCabe, 45, told the Department for Work and Pensions he was paid over £2,000 while he was working.

But instead of thanks for his honesty, he was told an inquiry had begun and he was due in court. 

He paid back the excess in February of this year.
