The PM has warned of serious consequences if Moscow used a nerve agent in the UK: should that include boycotting the World Cup?

Theresa May has said it is "highly likely" that Russia was behind the poisoning of Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia, warning Moscow it will face action if it does not explain its role.

Some British officials have suggested boycotting the World Cup, which is set to take place in Russia this summer.
