Two residents have been fined for illegally dumping items in public areas

Two Hull residents have been fined after dumping rubbish illegally.

Damian Mizera, of Pearson Avenue, west Hull, was prosecuted and ordered to pay £640 for waste that was found dumped in Temple Street, not far from his home.

Karen Lynes, of Binbrook Garth, Bransholme, was prosecuted and ordered to pay £425 for waste that was found dumped near her street.

Both cases were heard in Hull...
