Levels of the River Welland are falling but flood warning for Oundle and surrounding villages on the River Nene remains in place

The level of the River Welland around Stamford and Market Deeping is falling.

Flood warnings are no longer in place for the two towns as the level of the Welland at Hudds Mill in Stamford and Tallington is going down.

However, there is a flood warning in place for Oundle and other surrounding villages on the River Nene.
