David Bartle, 23, of Berkeley Street, west Hull, was fined £220, and ordered to pay £4.90 compensation, for travelling on a railway at Cottingham Station without paying the fare of £4.90. He must pay £150 costs and a £30 surcharge.

Sean Willars, 38, of Tower Hill Mews, Hessle, must do 60 hours of unpaid work, and pay £324 compensation, for stealing six rolls of roofing felt, worth £324,...
