The new measures in place for Aldi shoppers - as supermarket has its say on children in store

People are asked to "shop alone if possible"

Budget supermarket Aldi has introduced more rules, asking people to shop alone where possible.

Aldi has posted on Twitter to let shoppers know about a new "one person, one trolley" rule across all of its UK stores.

The new measures are being introduced in a bid to protect staff and shoppers and help reduce the spread of coronavirus.

Its tweet said: "Please shop individually wherever possible. In order to help...
