Warning about frauds in the Bourne area of automated calls stating £600 has been removed from bank accounts

Police have issued a warning about a fraud in the Bourne area.

Automated calls to residents have been made stating £600 has been removed from their bank account.

Lincolnshire Police said there has been an increase in these calls and urged people to not continue with the call, hang up and report it as a phishing attempt to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
