Wessex Water apologises for work in Bath not up to 'usual high standard'

Workers dug up a hole in a green area and then filled it in with a 'concrete pad'

Wessex Water has apologised for not doing a job to its 'usual high standard' after workers dug a hole in a green space in Bath and then concreted over it.

The company confirmed that Wessex Water staff arrived at a green area by The Hollow, in Whiteway, on Tuesday, July 9, to work on water supply pipes for the area.
