Young March chefs cook up a storm in annual Rotary Young Chef competition

Ten aspiring Masterchefs were encouraged to display their skill at the annual local heat of the Rotary Young Chef competition.

Held at the Neale-Wade Academy in March the even was organised by the March Rotary Club's youth and vocational committee chaired by John Orbell and supervised by the school's head of catering, Miss J Sinclair.

The judges were Harry Baird, Jon Martin and Andrew Pugh. Each contestant had to prepare a three course meal for two within a limited budget, with...
