Some Dishes to Serve with Burgundy Wine
You can pair these wines with dishes. Red Burgundy can be paired with appetizers, main dishes, or cheeses. You have the option of complementing some of your dishes with Burgundy wines. For example, with a red Burgundy, you can pair it with beef orange, Senegalese beef mafé, roasted kid goat, or a pork crepinette. You can also serve it with chicken bouillabaisse or a pan-fried pork chop, or even a frittata. The white Burgundy, on the other hand, can be paired with marinated pork spider, an abundance, or fried calamari. A rosé Burgundy will be served with pasta in pink sauce or mussels, squid fillets, and potato cakes. The red sparkling Burgundy will be appreciated with a red fruit bavarois and a gitan arm.
